Return and Refund Policy

At VortexVista Drones, we strive to provide the highest quality drones and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
    • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
    • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Used or damaged drones
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  3. Return Process

    • Contact our Customer Support team at sales@vvdrones.net to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.
  4. Return Shipping

    • Return shipping costs are free
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@vvdrones.net.
  2. Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be granted for returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Refund Exceptions

    • No refunds will be issued for items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
    • Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to customer misuse will not be refunded.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Support team at sales@vvdrones.net.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
